I love how Playstation Vue says my location is Portland, Rip City

It's also interesting how it gives you a Plus discount on the individual channel add-ons but not for the package deals.

This is the second time I've gotten PSN cards in the mail from a best buy ebay deal in a 9" cardboard box. You'd think they'd have a sturdy envelope for shipping gift cards.

look wren this isn't that hard. first, go build a fucking time machine so you can go back to the point in time where target had this unusual sale. make sure you go back a few days early so you have to time analyze stock in your area and hide games appropriately, preferably in the ladies undergarment section. feel free to use brickseek.com. although you'll probably also need to find the dpci of the game. so maybe go to the stores first until you find a copy, then write down the dpci and then go back to your house to look it up on brickseek.com. be sure to take careful note of where past you might've been on this particular day because obviously you don't want to accidentally run in to your past self. when the sale starts, find two games of approximately equivalent value as the last of us and go check out. don't forget that values for games varied from store to store during this particular sale and sometimes even brickseek wasn't right - the last of us was eligible but $50 at my stores. if you can't find two games that have the same value, try to get close. but honestly target's receipt prorating starts getting a little weird once things are different prices. anyhow once you have the three games, go out to your car. count to 850 out loud (so that you wait an appropriate amount of time not to cause suspicion) and bring in the two games you don't want. return them at the customer service desk and make sure to hang on to your return receipt so you can check your bank account in the future when you return. before you get back in your time machine, check your shoes for any bugs you might've stepped on and make sure to kill exactly the same number of people to restore balance to the time continuum. hide your purchased game in a location where no one will find it for several months (since you can't bring objects from the past in your time machine, duh) and return to the present. go to the location of your hidden game, pick it up, and you're done. head home and enjoy.

voila! a physical copy of the last of us ps4 for approximately the same amount as it is digitally in this sale. easy peasy.
Wouldn't he still be married at that point in time? If so, we should send Wolverine back in time with him to tell him to stick it out and see how the present changes.

According to THR, Disney and Lucasfilm have reportedly cut down the list of young Han Solo candidates to five. The shortlist now includes Alden Ehrenreich (Hail, Caesar!), Jack Reynor (Transformers: Age of Extinction), Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service), Blake Jenner (Everybody Wants Some) and Jack O’Connell (Unbroken).

Things that make you go bluh indeed.

I doubt I'll try to 100% Cannoli. I just spent an hour on one of the trophies that requires you to finish a level without killing an enemy. I don't think I have the patience for the other one.

Got Playstation Vue set up and am watching it through my FireTV. We've already started watching TooCute on Animal Planet.

It runs fine, albeit a little slow if you're watching an episode and browsing for another one.  Granted, we also had three or four devices streaming at the same time.

The overlay is pretty large too.

It does have Every Simpsons Ever on the FXX chanel.  (I think. It only went back to Season 16, but I didnt have much time to mess around with it)

Did you finish the campaign? I left off on the last few I think. Haven't played anything in several days.
No not yet. Just went ahead and did that one my first time through so I wouldn't have to replay the level. Same for beating the strip club on normal without dying.

Is there any way to watch Jeopardy on demand? I guess since they only have networks on demand, the answer is no since its syndicated.

I can check later. You think you'd be able to. Doesn't Sony own Jeopardy?

I remember going to some Sony website to play online Jeopardy contests way back in the 90s.

So there's a Naughty Dog sale this week. I liked Jak 1 ( though not a fan of the ending), hated Jak 2's driving "missions", and Jak 3's racing challenges made me rage quit.

Meanwhile, I've never started The Last of Us ... or any Uncharted game.

So you can pre watch the show and then replay it later and know all the answers to beat your wife?

This snowy mountain village in Tales of Hearts R where everyone speaks with a thick Scottish brogue is really off putting.

(And I thought I was at the last dungeon now, but apparently not)

Bonus question: does the on demand ABC channel let you watch season 2 (& 3) of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.?
I'm not sure. We were watching Disney Jr earlier. It seems to do just fine for the live TV, but if you want to watch anything previous it acts like it has to record to some cloud DVR first. ? So you need to pick what you want to watch, and then watch it later (if it's not live)
