Someone in Frisky's thread alluded to there maybe being a technical reason for this:Seems silly to go to all this effort to finally get it on PSN and then not include the PSP or the vita when they did all 3 six months ago with the first game.
Not sure how helpful it'll be, but PSNP has a trophy guide: http://psnprofiles.com/guide/4178-Amplitude-Trophy-GuideSo Amplitude pros, any tips?
The PS3 version was released much later than the PS4 version. That had a number of PS3-owning kickstarterers upset.I guess the PS3 version of Amplitude is new because PSNP's trophy list only mentions the PS4 version and TT lists them separately. Hooray for double-plats?
I suppose this is also confirmation that the glitch really did work.

Free is freeSo much excitement over a mediocre free game that will surely hit Plus this year anyways...
Showing in my Download List and Free on the page.Uh, are any of you missing Amplitude from your PSN download list? Both versions show $19.99 for me (not Purchased), but I definitely received a confirmation email for both when I "bought" them. I guess I can check my PS4's library when I get home, but that won't be for a few more hours (work).
EDIT: OK, they're in my Purchase History, so maybe I'm in the clear.

Weird, I see them there now, too. Carry on.Showing in my Download List and Free on the page.

Maybe you're right, but would the PS4 demo be that much bigger than the full PS3 version (2.3GB vs 1.5GB)?I think I got in at the tail end of that amplitude glitch, but the ps4 version has reverted to showing purchase for $20. it still shows in my download list (along with the ps3 version) but maybe the ps4 version will download the demo since I don't have a separate listing for that.
Heck if I know. The guy from the other thread said he earned a trophy in the PS4 version, so maybe you did something wrong?I also used by best asshole scam tactics to get Amplitude for free this morning. Says I own it on the pages and downloaded it to my PS4. Not the demo, the one listed as the full game.
Played 4 songs and it asked me to buy the full game. Went to PS store through PS4 and it said I already owned it.
Who do I need to get fired at Sony for this, Vig?
Maybe the Full Version is just an unlock?I hit download on ampiltude right after it went though. Website shows that somehow both the demo and full version are downloading. Jkam's still a Sage!
You didn't even complete a song in any mode?I didn't do anything to earn a trophy though. Do they just give out trophies for accessing the menu and half ass playing the same song 4 times
I didYou didn't even complete a song in any mode?

I first bought and downloaded the demo, then while the demo was downloading I bought and downloaded the full game, But the demo never downloaded, just the full game.

There is a way to do it from a browser, but in order to figure out how I had to do some google searching. And now I don't remember, so you'll have to search around for it if you want to do it that way. They don't make it easy. Incidentally, you can cancel immediately after signing up and you'll keep it through the trial or the month, whatever you signed up for.So to cancel PS VUE there's no working link from the web page. You actually have to go into the app to cancel it.
(which I will be doing shortly)
I would think it'd be Sony just like if something got taken from a retail store. I can't imagine that the publishers would let that go easily.Do we have any insight into who ultimately ends up paying when these glitches happen? Is the publisher out a sale or because it happened on Sony's watch are they responsible and have to pay their cut to the publisher as if it were a legitimate sale?
I think it might depend on who's at fault. If they can self-publish then maybe Harmonix screwed up. But if Sony's side was at fault, then I'd think Sony would have to cover it.I would think it'd be Sony just like if something got taken from a retail store. I think it is awesome he was freaking out over maybe someone screwing him out of a $5 game. Then he posted the damn code for someone to actually steal. Had he waited a bit longer and not freaked out he probably would have had a successful trade. This is why I dont leave our own little cluster. I dont need to see the even more
ed threads around here. Those people are nuts.
Also, I'm surprised no one mentioned that the whole God of War/Norse mythology thing is very old news.

HUSH YOU!
I accidentally sawed off both my legs. I guess I'll have to quit my job, live off of disability checks, and play video games all day now. Sorry Sage.Everyone go juggle some hammers and chainsaws please.
