PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

The controls were pretty rough when I started the first game on Vita, but once you get used to it they're not bad. The only real issues I've had are when on tiny platforms (it's easy to fall off) and in the hoverboard race which is supposed to be hard anyway.

Did you just play the original or did you try 2 and 3 on it at all?
I played the original on PS2 and Vita. Never played 2-3.. I played Tools and Crack in Time though.

I think the only but of beer I had last night was from cali lol. They've got a beer made specifically for the soccer team, but I didn't have one.

Therm and tyler, did you guys have any problems with your choices not registering right in Stories? I was on the path for the true ending, exited the game and started back up today and now it looks like my choices aren't what they should be. Just want to get the true ending and take a break from it. But it looks like I'll have to beat it again and start a new run to get it.

So what's with this adventure game kick you're on? Did they suddenly click and now they're great or are you working to clear your PS3 backlog so you can move on?
I'm the Bizarro-Tyler. Adventure games rule!

Nah, it's the more of the latter, that I want to plow through some PS3 games I've bought or gotten through Plus, never played and free up hard drive space. Monkey Islands are probably next. I'll never get through my entire backlog.

No, never had an issue aside from the choice descriptions not always fitting quite how they labeled them in the View Story option (where it gives you a one-screen summary of the story). When you say your choices aren't what they should be, what exactly do you mean?

TotalBiscuit has a video of gameplay of Pyre (the new Supergiant Games title) from PAX:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-uZq_KauSo

Looks pretty different from Bastion and Transistor. The actual gameplay doesn't start until 6m in--everything before that is game dialogue and such. The combat is pretty weird. It's gotta football like vibe to it where you have two teams, each which is protecting a pyre, and each team takes turns trying to take a large orb and carry it into the opponent's pyre.

Yo gator, check your LBP vita. I was the 51st person to play your level last night. So I was of no help. Go me!
A couple of my trophy competition friends apparently played the level for me last night and put me at 50. I still appreciate the assistance.

If anyone in the thread needs me to play a level of theirs, just let me know.

@mpaullin never had an issue like that in stories. I took breaks in the middle of a path a couple times and when i resumed i was always where i left off.

Hmm.. well I guess I don't know if my choice is screwed up or not. Does it always highlight the correct choice to do the true ending once you have the 4 truths? It did at the beginning but not anymore. I chose to treat a certain character as a traitor but it doesn't seem like I am anymore. I looked at a Youtube video of someone doing the true ending and they are getting different choices from what I have.

Was it the rilgar hover board race you guys were having trouble with?

I just did that in under 1:34 on my 5th try.

These chicken bowls at this place called Central Taco are good. So much chicken rice and beans for 7 bucks and they have this ultra spicy green salsa at the toppings bar.

Ton of stuff about to go up on untapped. Got a sampler of about 8 at the church brew works in downtown Pittsburgh. So far so good, and the church looks awesome. They've still got some fantastic stained glass windows and everything.

Samplers are the pro move when visiting a new brewery.

The true path ending is weird. It definitely didn't highlight exactly what I needed all the time. Maybe you can still make wrong choices on the final path? I don't know. I got it right my first time, but I definitely remember a couple choices where it didn't tell me which to choose.

At least one of the choices on the true path doesn't show an indicator. I believe either of those two paths still takes you to the true ending; the initial selection is the top one, then you get two choices; either use your knowledge of his treachery against him or forget about the treachery. Using your knowledge is the true path. Forgetting his treachery is what you need to do if you're trying to get any remaining non-true path endings that start with rescuing him.

Penguins taking it to the Rangers.

Damn, got Fume Knight to 5%, but then he did that stupid 360 Orb attack that is completely luck based if you miss getting hit and I died. Sometimes he doesn't do great sword buff, I think if you get it right up to the edge before he does it, and then you hit him 2-3 times while he is in a different animation he forgets to do it. I've got most of his moves figured out but sometimes I'm too slow on the great sword thrust and I miss rolling under his hyper super burning saber slash. I'll get it eventually.

New video:

https://invertedaccess.com/2016/04/23/destiny-xurs-wares-042216-video/

Editing sucks this week. I forgot to put transitions in and uploaded it. Then when I was watching it back on Youtube, I realized something was missing. I went back into Sharefactory and got an error that my project couldn't be loaded, and I didn't want to redo the whole video just to add a few fades. I'll get better next time.
Good recommendations, again.

I call BS, though. You imply in your video that the reason you don't use the Monte Carlo is because you prefer to play at a distance. That's clearly not true if all you use in PvP is a shotgun as was stated by the infuriated redneck last week.

Just spent the last couple hours making spur-of-the-moment Disney World reservations for next month. We went about three years ago, and have been talking about doing it again for some time.

The wife got her first performance bonus at work last week that was part of her promotion, and Disney sent us an offer for a stay in May or June that included a free meal plan. It seemed to coincidental, so we decided what the hell.

We did the free meal plan last time, and it worked out great. The dinner reservation availability was a little limited this time because of the short time frame, but I don't mind trying different places; the wife was initially hung up on eating at several of the same places.

And it'll feel so rewarding when you do, believe me.

For the knight's 360-degree orb attack, I ran directly away from him then ducked in-between one of the gaps back towards him. During his great-sword-only phase, the only time I ever attacked him was after rolling under that "hyper super burning saber slash" because he seemed to move too quickly after other moves for me to avoid getting hit.
