Judgment day is about to start. Then tomorrow I have one final that I'm not worried about and then it'll be play Demon's Souls while high as fuck day.
 
Spent the day so far sampling a ton of music vinyl me please has available to swap out for the album this month (Wells Fargo- Watch Out!) I've liked just about everything I've heard so far (Blessed Feathers, Four Tet, Hot Chip, Lapsley, & Torres) having a real hard time picking one. At first the plan was to grab something the guy will like to go with pinkerton for his birthday, but now I'm really debating just saying fuck 'em and grabbing something else lol.

Honestly, that only seems slightly high for a bar. Isn't Jai Alai usually around $6 a pint at most bars? Admittedly, you usually get a break for buying a pitcher instead of more tacked on.

I am a bit surprised if they are going to put in the effort for localization that they are not doing the PS3 version as well.

That is the easiest of the Stein's. Took less than 2 hours for me to get through playing all 3 versions at once. If not for the PS3 being slow as hell it would have been considerably less.

shouldn't have been more than 20. Blue moon is $17 something at wing house. It would have been $20 plus at top golf. Ugh. Hot bartenders and servers at least.

I was going to say that if there are trophies for completing the Swordquest games those might be the rarest of all time, but I'll be damned if someone didn't write walkthroughs for them. I might pick this up just to finish those impossible games.

And no Space Invaders? WTF?

 
Oooh, and volume 2 has one of the all-time greats: Circus Atari.

Looks like none of the great Activision games made it, though.

Why do all those Mighty No. 9 explosions and bright effects look so washed out?  And what's with all the 100% shit or whatever?  I'm so torn on this one.

 
MN9 does look like it might be more fun for me then Mega Man. It doesn't look nearly as difficult. But there's definitely something not that satisfying about how it looks.

But all that MM pedigree. It gives me a sad to see this is the best they could do with it. I've been so hype since I heard the idea of the game.

But yeah that doesn't look good or particularly fun.

If only your Kickstarter reward was physical so we could pass around a copy so everyone can see PSNOT in the credits.

 
Why does Hyper Light Drifter come with a non-functional Super Nintendo cartridge? That's just bat shit stupid. 

Just realized MN9's main character looks like half Mega Man half Raz from Psychonauts. I'll get that game when it's free on Plus or super cheap but only on Vita if that ever comes out.

Kid had ear infection recently and they were out of the ear drops so gave us some eye drops instead that were way cheaper, pharm tech person said the same thing.

Decided to buy a replacement air filter for my car. Hit up Amazon, $10.95, great. Another option: Buy used for $9.31. Who the hell would buy a used air filter? 

 
Officially changing my stance on TMNT from "Ok" to "Bad"

I'm not sure it's worth a full price rental from Redbox. Levels are recycled, you have to complete a bunch of stupid missions before you get to a boss, those missions are recycled, the non-boss fights feel entirely inconsequential in single player. Tried one four player online coop game and we couldn't even get the 2nd bomb diffused because enemies were swarming all over us. Combat system is entirely irrelevant, you basically just wanna use all the specials you can all the time.

Pretty disappointing to hear. Glad I didn't stop at best Buy last night. Guess I'll have to play that ooze game on PS3. Hopefully they can update at some point to fix some of the issues. Never expected this out of platinum though.
