PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

It's a new thing for some specific cities. I've been meaning to try it out. Total needs to be at least $35, and the items all have to say same day. I believe you have to order before noon as well.
In my experience they still manage to screw it up and deliver it the next day at the earliest no matter what you do.

I've been seeing these amazon vans driving around everywhere lately so I wonder if they now have their own delivery service for this stuff in certain areas.

The problem with Amazon is they always seem to process the order at the warehouse a day or two later than the delivery estimate would lead you to believe. Then they change the delivery estimate on your order page.

They're still a lot faster than almost any other site, but I've stopped counting on getting something from them on time if I really need it.

Are you talking about Prime Now?

They started it here in Portland a few months ago. I've used it a couple times for restraurant/food delivery. The $20 minimum kinda sucks if you're only ordering enough food for you.

I don't know why you'd use it for things like grocery and the other stuff. (okay, i can maybe understand if you lived in the city and didn't have a car or were homebound)

Ign did a top 10 Simpsons game list, and Barts nightmare didn't even make the cut. That is a crock of shit right there. I'd easily go:
1. Simpsons Arcade game
2. Hit and Run
3. Barts Nightmare

Got a trophy for the first time in a month and a half, or thereabouts. Goobye, Lightning. Your condescending gaze/smirk will be missed.
They'll probably put out an Lightning Remastered trilogy next year. It took 10 years for FFXV and I'm sure FFVII won't hit for at least a couple of years, so they'll have to fill the gap with something.

Even if I had a PS4, I don't think I'd pick it up. I enjoyed all three games much more than I thought I would going in to them, though. Depending on the quality of an alleged 13 collection, it's worth a try if someone likes JRPGs and hasn't played them.

Your list seems pretty accurate but the Simpson's Movie game is definitely top three worthy... Bart's Nightmare controlled a little clunky but I still thought it was great and played the shit out of it. I might be forgetting some, but I sure as hell ain't forgetting enough to knock it out of the top ten... that's just poor journalism. Counter top 10 article from IA?

EDIT: Just watched the video and to be fair, I haven't heard of half of those games. By watching them it's hard to believe that Nightmare couldn't top any of those in the bottom 5. And lol at tapped out being top 3.

Ive played only 6 simpsons games including that virtual springfield game I had. Barts Nightmare I'm sure is just nostalgic for me as it was the 2nd game I ever owned. For a long while I only had that and Mario world to play.

That dude selling the Neon Chrome code in the code thread - that's probably a review code, right?
Seems probable (especially since the dev just sends out codes, you don't even have to request them he just sends them out to people on his contact list) but it's also possible he won it from the dev or somewhere else.

Pretty sure little brat kids arent endangered so technically the gorillas life is...er was more important.

Tyler, how're you liking Dead Souls 2 so far? I know you said you like it more than Dark Souls 1, but how is it comparing to Salt & Sanctuary for you?

Did grilling yesterday so I just took the easy way out and ordered Pizza tonight.

Ugh, Pizza Hut. Haven't ordered from them in years.

I can just imagine my mom being confused and bewildered by all the customization options.

"What is this? Sauce drizzle? Why would I want that on my pizza?  What sort of cheese is Asiago?" (No doubt pronounced Asia-Go)

Granted it's been awhile since I've played a Castlevania game, but after playing through a chapter of Lords of Shadows, if the main character's name wasn't Belmont I would think this was an original IP as there isn't much that screams Castlevania. Your weapon is a cross with a long iron chain attached to it. Fun though, playing on hard difficulty so you have to make pretty extensive use of the dodge and block/parry to survive. Will see if I can keep that up or have to drop the difficulty down. It's all very similarly set-up to bayonetta's interface. It tracks which collectibles you are missing, what difficulty you have beat it on, and you can replay any sub-chapter from the world menu on whatever difficulty you want. Every combo for purchase has a nice description about what it does as well as an animation to show the move in action.

Trophy card is kinda meh though.

Finally got some gaming time in today and have been playing Fallout 4 the last few hours. I'm a lowly level 19 and exploring the lands outside of Diamond City before going there.

Stupid cable deals keeping NBA Western Conference game 7 of of regular TV. All the big games were in NBC regular style back in the day. And stupid apps not letting me watch without that channel in my cable too.

Now I'm at the point where perhaps some necessary grinding or at least careful strategy and luck is necessary for the FFX bosses.

Ok nvm found a reasonable alternative with four different non-tv angles on the NBA game time app. Get TV announcers and goofy angles, but I can follow the action at least.

I really enjoy this fast paced combat and really good sounding weapons and even the music is well paced.

But the best just happened as me and my buddy tag team body slammed some bad guy. "Go team"!

I'll never understand why a wide open right by the rim 6'10" guy decides to go for a finesse layup instead of slamming it.
