PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

I was totally AWOL all holiday weekend and I've been lazy as crap about responding to some junk.

I add stuff to munkyflix on a regular basis so I'm sure that keeps my membership going. Although I wonder if it bothers Munky when a movie is on there that he doesn't own a physical copy of.
Like Drop Dead Fred. No blu ray for that, and just the dvd goes for $50 on amazon. Bought that for like $15 on vudu as its the gfs favorite childhood movie.
You all read that right, munkyflix has Drop Dead Fred AND Surf Ninjas. I definitely don't mind having stuff on munkyflix that I don't have physically. The more the merrier. Whenever I see something I didn't add, I wonder who must have done it. 99% of the time it's CrazyDiamond.

All this Munkyflix talk has me jealous, my UV list is at about 200 with tons of classics and I'm always adding to it but this guy's list just sounds legendary! Plus nobody on my share list ever adds shit to share, I think it's time I find better a class of people to share my love of film with lol.
Munkyflix is definitely on the excessive side, probably bordering on just plain stupid. Like north of 700, which is completely ridiculous as I actually type it. I'm going to try to keep going with cycling people in and out so the majority of the people in here have a chance to use it at least some if they want. You (or any other regulars) can let me know if you want to be added to the queue.

Other munkyflix news: I just added Doom (Wren approved!) and TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze (completing the original trilogy!) and a bunch of other junk. Woo!

I also ended up in Annapolis on Sunday and decided to try out that Donut Shack place that MadChemist mentioned.  The donuts were kind of like dunkin on steroids.  They might have been a little bigger, but they definitely had more frosting or filling.  Lots of good flavors too like a chocolate cake donut covered in toasted coconut.

tl;dr never make your hobby your career.
the rest of your post was too long so I didn't read it, but this part should be emblazoned over the entry to every high school in America. Don't go for a specific career you have no interest in just for money because you'll hate your job, but beware doing something you're truly passionate about because a job can have a way of sucking the joy right out of it.

p.s. fwiw I don't actually have any qualms with that guy Paul. everybody says some dumb shit in here sometimes, big whoop. I wish he would've stuck around.

p.p.s. beekeeper

My way of eating Oreos will probably gross people out but I love letting them sink in milk and then eating the sludge.

To all who played Borderlands 2 on PS4, how did you guys get the "Did It All" trophy to pop without starting a new character? I've been reading the trophy guide and it seems if you already completed the Creature Slaughter Dome then you are likely screwed.

There was a mention of being able to join someone who hasn't beaten Terramorphous yet and then turning that mission in, although I'm not sure why that would work compared to other things that don't.

I think a lot of people just assume video games automatically equate to an easy job. To me it just sounds miserable. Even something like streaming is a ton of work. I mean Tyler, look at your reluctance to stream PS3 games because it's too much of a hassle. These full time streamers have recording equipment, multiple PCs, gaming equipment, audio and visual stuff, and more to manage constantly. fuck all that shit. Then most of them spend 4-6 hours a day streaming and are constantly posting youtube videos. It's a lot of work if you want to make a job out of it.
Yeah I definitely assumed it would be a breeze. Shit, play games and write about video game news? I do that in the thread all day anyway!

It's so much more than that. I don't even put in half the amount of time I should to make IA a legit site, and I still get sick of it.

Also, I'm finding just how many people play enough of a game to review it, then move on (that's what my post earlier today about the Neon Chrome trophy was about). fuck that, if I start a game, I'm planning on finishing it. I've stumbled on a few sites that are just one or two people, and they churn out reviews like crazy. But looking at their PSN stats, they don't actually finish hardly anything.

That's not for me at all, I could never just start 100 games and never finish hardly any of them.

I played through it from scratch on a new character, you talking about transferring ps3 over to ps4 and auto popping stuff? I dont think that one will auto pop but quite a few will, like the locations ones will im pretty sure.

That 44 percent says otherwise...

(just fucking with you)

I dont see how you could adequately review something without at least finishing it. Like UC4 if you run through the game on easy you have a pretty good idea of the game. Throw in a little mp and you're set.

But if you dont have even finish the game how can you make an accurate review?

Gaming "journalism" is a joke. Minus IA of course.

Yeah I got most of the ones they mentioned to pop. I think the only 2 that I was hoping I wouldn't have to do again were the challenge trophy (popped) and the complete all side missions trophy (didn't pop).

I dont think that one will auto pop, but i basically played ps4 and ps3 versions at the same time, so not sure.

I know for that one actually I had to save on ps4 before turning in the last side mission and then transfer to ps3 to turn it in and then turn it in on ps4.

I think, been a while.

Who the hell eats two cookies? I eat oreos by the sleeve.
They stock these in the vending machine at work:

They help quell the serial-sleeve-eating cravings.

On the other hand, every Wednesday I stop in the Rite Aid across the street from the bank and restock my snack draw at work with candy, nuts, trail mix, beef jerky, etc.; whatever is on sale. This week Rite Aid has the theater box candy on sale; B2G1. The Milk Duds and Jujyfruits I bought yesterday are already gone. Only the Good & Plenty remain.

Um, there are a lot of ball rolling games that have single player.

But you're missing the bigger point, that I'm disappointed that they're working on a competitive only MP game at all, regardless of the actual gameplay.
Pocket pool is the first one that comes to mind.

Jesus Christ guys I thought I was a fat ass. I only looked at tje package health info to see the calories in a serving and I was floored it said 2 and then even more floored by the 140!

Just stop eating those and drinking beer and soda and we would all lose 40 pounds in a week.

I'm down to only a nos in the morning and drinking a beer or two here and there each week. Eating like a horse though.

I had to start a new character. I will check tomorrow and see if I have a near 50 character if you want to try beating Terra and see if that works for you. I think I have a level 40+ character.

Going to be spending the next three days around donner lake and lake tahoe in ca for a cousins wedding/family reunion. Ugh.

He is 72 and probably beat Terra on all 3 difficulties. I have a 61 gunzerker but also beat Terra on normal and true with him I think. Just checked my level 41 zero beat him on normal (someone must have beat it for me). I have TVH unlocked with him but never started it.

Tldr can't really help him with my saves. All have completed the mission. If someone still has the mission I can help if needed.

Y'all need someone who hasn't done stuff in BL2? I haven't done lots of stuff in BL2 if that was the requirement lol

Kanamit needs to try beating Terra morphious in someone elses game to see if it will unlock the did everything trophy. You need to beat the game to start the mission though.

Whenever i went to bar trivia i had to play with a bunch of randoms since i wasnt frequent enough to be on an team. Felt odd.

Pretty sure that was me that helped you. I can check things out and see if I can help out in any way but pretty sure my characters have either already done it or aren't far enough to activate the mission. George, if you can get someone with the mission I can jump in and drop him in a couple minutes.

EDIT: After a quick read through the trophy guide and google search I haven't been able to find anything on this glitch. Any links to give me some perspective?
