Lithograph, plush, and cloth landscape thing are the big goodies. Wish the cloth thing had the characters on it, it's kinda dull otherwise. Also the game USB is the sword and looks really cool. Also the box has a folding flap on front that is cool

Sweet, Shout Factory is going to be doing a high def release of The Thing, and a collection with both Bill and Ted movies in September. The Thing is going to be jam packed and the Bill and Ted set is 3 discs so I suspect it too will have a lot of special features.

All the Scream Factory collector's editions I've gotten have been dope. People Under The Stairs is my personal favorite.

Vig have you played your Resident Evil Origins Collection disc at all? I think the one I got from Gamefly is janky...load times seem long and i'm getting some weird skips in the cutscenes.

Blog post detailing some of the changes to Watch Dogs 2. Didn't play the first one yet so I'm not sure how much an impact these will have:

They run off a long list of fan complaints they've addressed, but I don't see my biggest beef with the game, which was the repetitiveness of the side missions. I really liked the ctOS hacking missions where you had to hack the cameras and follow the path of the boxes, and I loved the hideouts that you had to clear out. Really, all of the side missions were fine, but after 5 or 10 times of the exact same thing, they just got old.

Yeah, I started the first RE last weekend and put maybe 1-2 hours in; I'm not sure if I made enough progress to say for sure (since it's my first time playing it and I really want to take my time), but I didn't experience longer-than-expected load times or janky cutscene skips.

problem is I don't think you can alleviate repetitiveness of side missions unless you just reduce the number of them. Every gsme I ever played seems to have the same issue if you are trying for 100% or now a plat. That's why in the good old days I never finished everything in games. They all got repetitive. Stupid trophies....

Ah, I see you have the eyesore Season 6 Simpsons Homer Head set as well.

Edit: And now I'm watching the Treehouse of Horror from that season thanks to you (the one with the Shinning!)

The hideouts were far and away the best part of the game. I think they had too many of those fixer contracts but don't remember the others being way overdone.

There are a few games that do the repetitive side stuff where it is not so infuriating. Mad Max had you doing the same thing but it was varied enough to make it seem not so bad. The AC series used to be one of the worst offenders, but they seem to have gotten better about having the same type of mission but being more varied. Well... except for those stupid tail someone missions.

Watch Dogs felt much more like doing the same thing over and over to me. The main game was pretty fun, but having somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 side missions I would guess when they were all one of about 3 types was annoying. Add to that the things that just did not even make sense to be in a game about a hacker that were not fun like the drinking game and it certainly wore out its welcome. Even with all that, the games biggest failure was being so far from what was shown at E3 that had so many people excited for the game in the first place.

Just waiting for this to go cheap enough to pick it back up and chip away at the plat. Not looking forward to the racing trophies though.
I only had trouble with one (a damn barrel run), and it wasn't bad once I figured out to lay off the accelerator before I hit the barrels to keep from spinning out.

The barrel runs were definitely the worst of the races for that very reason. All the rest, you just have to figure out the right places to shave off some time and that wasn't too difficult.

Needing to win a race with every Archangel was easy but pretty tedious. I had forgotten about that.

That is why I want a cheap copy. I can just chip away at it over time. I can't see me doing all this in a week straight or something. I also suck at driving in video games in general so when I get frustrated enough I can just go play something else and come back to it later.

There never was any DLC for this right?

Minefields were the worst, though.

the worst parts of the like some of the races and the minefields were thankfully pretty quick. Glad I just powered through tgose as the camp's were the definitely the longest part. Well that and oulling down those tower things. But that was easy. The driving sucked at first but once you got used to it it wasnt bad.

God I hate typing on my phone.
Thankfully they have free cookies at the hospital. Unfortunately I got a sore throat and a cold coming on again.

The races weren't too bad for me in Mad Max, where I went wrong was not doing a lot of the car challenges. It's almost impossible to do them post-game after clearing out areas so I would probably need a second playthrough for the plat.

Oh snap ET, Gremlins, Beetlejuice, Knight Rider, and mutherfucking A-Team too! It's an 80s kid who is now a parent's wet dream/nightmare come true!
Lego dimensions was only barely marketed to children lol. Love that they pretty much gave up on 90% of current kids franchises and just went full force in the nostalgia.

Yeah, I'm glad you said that back before I started my playthrough. I kept convoy runs active for that reason. Although you can do a lot of them in the races, too.

My moms room has a construction elevator right outside her window. They are adding more floors to this hospital that is less than 3 years old.
