I remember he just randomly showed up one night on Monday Night Raw. He's supposedly a big wrestling fan, so I guess it made sense. But it was weird.

Cuphead - I though it was going to be all boss-battles? Wasn't that the original plan or am I imagining it? Anyway that's all the showed before. This looks better with something more then just boss battles.

 
Apparently I have a malady that is also a character in Mad Max: Hallux Rigidus.

Basically my big toe hurts because of some weirdness with the bones. There's a part jutting up and the joint gap is too narrow. Causes pain when my big toe bends. For now an injection and an orthotic will do. Eventual surgery, but hopefully this initial treatment will do for a good long while.

It was going to just be a boss rush game until it blew up like crazy, and they knew it would never live up to the hype if it was just a boss rush game. I'm sure MS had some influence and told them to flesh it out into a full game as well. The actual platforming looked ok, I'm guessing it's one of the first levels. It was basically just walk jump shoot walk jump shoot. Maybe they're going for more of a Metal Slug vibe than a pure platformer vibe, not sure.

Dragon Fin Soup - Free Steam Key if you have ever played on PS4/Vita/PS3

  • Must have trophies set to public (You'll need to have played DFS at least once to have it show up on your PSN Trophy list.)
  • Works for those that got the game on PS+ back in November.

    Grimm Bros is giving a free steam key to anyone that has played Dragon Fin Soup on a playstation platform as compensation for the lack of updates on PSN.

    For those that don't know. Grimm Bros will be releasing an EXTRA CHUNKY EDITION later this year with major improvements and added gameplay mechanics. Any current DFS owners will receive the Extra Chunky Edition for free when it launches on PC & PSN.

Last gen Conan was fun enough. It had a weirdly high TrueAchievements score, too. It is indeed a God of War clone.

I was getting more of a Mega Man vibe from it than Metal Slug. Either way, they made the right choice to add some levels before the bosses.

When this is all said and done, the developer isn't going to make a penny on this game. Kind of a sad story, it's been an absolute disaster for them.

 
Imagine how pissed simmias would be if he made the mistake of playing dragon fin soup when it came out...

I was just wondering how I can get a copy of Lego Dimensions on PS4 without buying a starter pack since not on PSN and I don't wanna keep playing the new stuff on PS3.  But I see GameStop has standalone discs for $15 (normally $20), so score.

They don't sell any. At least not online. I know they buy used Disney Infinity & Skylanders peeps, but yeah I don't see how they could with the Legos.

We went with Unlimited Data Plan (thanks Sage!). Got lots of laughs from the crowd. Ended up tying for second to last. As expected I was no help at all. It was some hardcore shit. But we still had a blast.

Tyler would you go to the Free Fallout 4 thread and tell them they can get banned. I mentioned it and people dont think M$ will do that on their fuck ups.
 
The Braves took a pitcher with the 3rd overall pick in the MLB draft tonight. He's got high upside, but we really need some hitters. The farm has pitching prospects coming out the ass.

That's what I am afraid of, that it is going to be visually amazing, but fairly bland gameplay-wise.

Yeah, our old window unit was anemic and it was because it would ice over. We had to get a new one, but in the short term making sure it shut off instead of running constantly helped it function a little better - I.e. Set the thermostat not too cold so it would cycle on and off.

Every time stuff like this happens I'm reminded how angry I still am at Microsoft. People now are stealing content way more valuable than any of the old crap I downloaded, but they'll get off scott free. They may revoke licenses but that's as far as it will go.
