Damn. That is a bit tempting. There's just not enough exclusives on XB1 for me to pull the trigger, though. I think I'll be waiting until EOL or close to it and then grabbing one to run through the entire generation's exclusives then. Probably won't be more than like ten games anyway, right?

BTW, how is Shadow Blade? Looks like the closest thing to a Mark of the Ninja sequel that I've seen, though it's clearly a low-budget version in comparison.

There's also the Tomb Raider bundle for $20 more. It's black but comes with 1TB HD instead of 500 GB, and qualifies for the $75 GC too of course.

The only similarities between the two are that they both have ninjas in it.

Shadow Blade is a platformer with a little bit of combat mixed in. Mark of the Ninja was almost all built around 2D stealth.

I'm going to stream it and Fenix Furia tonight.

Just finished the Tearaway Unfolded story and it was freaking awesome.  I never played it on Vita, though.

I'm soooo glad I didn't pick one up. I was pretty in to the DVR concept with a Microsoft UI but they've officially nuked that now. I'd be pretty annoyed, but at least I could play killer instinct.
 
Oh and if it matters to anyone, all of these best buy deals are part of a 2 day sale, not a deal of the day.  I don't know how likely it is that they'll do an online restock of tlou by the end of tomorrow, but maybe people are willing to drive a little further to pick up a copy in store on a Saturday than after work on a Friday.

A real deal of the day is the complete MacGyver on dvd for $50!

I do want to point out that I seem to be the one that catches the most grief for Zombie Vikings, but that really should go to Tyler. He requested it and drug the rest of us in. I could understand it if it was Wren though since I did assist in talking him into actually spending money on that turd since we did not know it was broken until playing it the second night and it was too late.

Some game saves are huge, so I didn't have nearly enough room on the cloud. I put them all on a thumb drive.

 
I thought Gamers Club Unlocked could now be purchased online without needing in-store activation? Still seems to need it. Lame. Though it does immediately reduce prices of games in your cart along with it.

When I swapped out my internal drive I did a full backup and restore. Takes a while but it's easy. Of course you'll nee a 500GB USB drive to do that.

same here. took about 3-4 hours to restore the hd, but that was pretty close to the full 500gb. saved me from having to redownload 50gb monsters like gta, tlou, and dragon age that would have taken way longer otherwise.

The source is a chat someone had with Xbox Support, so basically there is no source for this. Someone posted an article during the free period where someone at Xbox Support said it was a promotion and everyone was entitled to download it for free.

I've been watching this Ali procession for an hour now. I will probably watch the entire thing. They are making several stops in the city before going to the cemetery. People stopped and out everywhere.

Yea only digital only thing thats big id need to download is ESO, but can do that overnight and it wouldnt take long on my net anyways.

So sounds like I should be ok not backing up anything other than saves to the cloud which is automatic anyways.
