Yeah, i went to turn my psp slim on my lunch break, and the lcd is cracked, bummer. Anyone have any ideas? At a quick glance it looks like sending it anywhere for repair is gonna be close to buying a new one.. so


Ideas?

Like teh guy said, wait for teh bundle. I was thinking about getting one myself, I got a GoW 2000 model, but another Up-Grade wouldn't be bad.
 
an LCD screen is easy to fix, i'm unsure how much a replacement screen will cost though. Probably $80 or so.

you can sell it on ebay for $40 broken. I'd even consider buying it from you.
 
How much for an official replacement screen instead of an OEM? Is the 2000 screen exactly the same as the 1000?
 
anyway the screen is about $50 and unless you are comfortable fixing it yourself a service will cost you about $30-40, that's about $90.

You can buy a PSP on CL for about $100 and sell your broken one for about $30-40 and then the psp you bought will only cost you $60 as opposed to $90 or so fixing your current one.
