PSP-3000 for $40!!

So my old PSP-1000 is acting up so i decided to look for a PSP 3000. A friend of mine said he was selling his while we were chatting on skype. I im'd him saying i'd pay $40, kind of jokingly. He said ok and the next day he sold it to me!! He said I pay $20 now and $20 later so then he will give me the charger. The console does have scratches on the back and on the screen, but i heard the piano black ones are prone to scratches. Anyway, I plan to trade it here on the forums, ebay it, or use it. Pics coming soon

Amazing deal from your buddy. I assume he either hates it or doesn't know how to price things. I would happily take it off your hands for free :rofl: Just kidding, I am sure you will have fun with it and eventually trade it.
 
nice find!! i got a psp 1001 for my GF this past year at a flea market for $10!! Works great too...altho i kinda felt guilty.
 
Reminds me of when my friend got bored with his N64 and really wanted a PS1. So he sold me the system, extra controller, WCWnWo World Tour, WCW Revenge, and a couple of other crappy games for like $40. The system was still going strong, because right after that, I picked up Wrestlemania 2000 and then No Mercy, when that came out a year later.

Your buddy is selling you a PSP-3000 for $40 and instead of being grateful since it's what you wanted you may be trading it here or selling it on Ebay? :roll:

PLAY IT and be grateful you have such a good friend to sell you a PSP for $40.

And stay the fuck away from that stupid PSP Go. If Sony sees that morons keep buying those things, then their next console will be all digital downloads and you will have ZERO resell rights but still be paying MSRP for games.:roll:

I'm not about to pay $200+ for a handheld system, so I'll never 'try it'. Plus, as I said, I refuse to pay for a system where I have zero resell rights to the games.:roll:

Actually, I wouldn't pay for any of the handheld systems currently out, since about $40 is my price for one of them.

lol I was in gamestop the other day and I've never seen so many used PSPs. There must have been 30 of them sitting out

What exactly would be so side-splitting funny about a bunch of PSPs? I saw a bunch of Xboxs, Gamecubes, and PS2s, but I merely chuckled to myself and moved on.
