My Silver PSP 3000 got the vertical "line of death" and in an attempt to fix it, ended up cracking the entire right side of the LCD screen, and in further attempt to remove the LCD screen tore off the sockets where the ribbons for the LCD go from the PSP. Does anyone see this price getting lower over the holidays or where they might be cheaper than the standard 129.99 price tag. Thanks!

If you feel like you could repair it, new screens are around 40 bucks. Unless you damaged the motherboard.
Also, I've seen 3000 models go for 60 at some local game stores, and around 60-70 used on Ebay.
