PSP case and UMD carrying case $5.99 at BB

While I was in store trading some games, I happen to look at the PSP section and found the PSP case and umd carrying case for 5.99.

They were not on clearance, but on sale so I imagine that would mean its nationwide but I am not a BB expert.
