Like the title says.

The local RadioShack has them on "clearance" for $150. I know 3000's went for $100 on BF and currently go for $130. The PSP I'm getting from my friend is going to be pretty beat up and he recommend I get a new battery, memory card, and charger, which will run about $60-70. I'd get a new housing for it too, but finding an OEM one is impossible. BT and tv-out are pretty damn appealing to me, so please persuade me not to buy one.

Why? Doesn't the Vita have the same download function? If so, just spend the $100 more and at least get a handheld that will get new games on it.

This is coming from someone who has a Go! and can't even sell it on Craigslist because no one wants it.

The psp your friend is whatevering to you, you can buy a new battery for about $15, a 16 gig card (get a micro sd and a pro duo adapter) for about $20, and I don't think chargers are more than $10.

I believe you can get a used PSP Go at GameStop for $99 (and you just missed a deal on used models at CowBoom for $69). While I did buy one at $150 over a year ago, I definitely wouldn't buy one at that price now.
I love my Go personally, but you can definitely find one cheaper.
This, definitely. It is worth getting a Go, but no need to be ripped off in the process.

If only the Vita could use the PSPgo accessories. If only there was an adapter that lets you use PSPgo accessories with the PSP 3000. Then I wouldn't even bother with the PSPgo. That's in my case.

I'd say go buy a Vita instead unless you have no interest in the newer stuff yet.
