That's a lot better than the $10 rogering you get from EB and others for a "special" PSP cable, when in fact it's just a cheap, standard USB cable used by lots of cameras and devices.

PCMS is a good site that sells mostly PC stuff (cables, adapters, etc.). I've placed several orders with them and have never had a problem.

Yes, the cable used for the PSP is a USB to mini-USB cable, which is a standard cable.

The mini-USB end is something you see on digital cameras and other devices, like portable printers, just like the OP said.

I finally saw one this weekend, so now I know what the fuss is about, since it's a mini-USB to USB cable. Not 100% easy to find, though standard enough that finding one shouldn't be an issue.

Yep, ordered a few so I can have a cable at every PC I regularly use (work, my two home machines, etc.). Took less than a week to get here, which isn't bad for the cheap (or in your case, free) shipping option.

I'll update the OP since shipping is now free. Wish I'd gotten in on that.
