I think this is the lowest price it has ever been brand new.

They list the price as good until 08/25/2011. Shipping is $2.99.

Yes, simply because you can control your party members actions.

And if you have already played through P3, you can play through the story with a female lead. Different story options and social links await.

I just finished The Journey a few days ago, as well. I highly recommended this game for its excellent gameplay, music, and story.
