did anyone get in on this deal?? good deal? i ordered it, but its backordered. how reliable is buy.com if i can cancel my order?

There is no difference as far as I know. A memory card is a memory card unless it's from Hong Kong or something... I'm waitinig until the 4GB cards are $50 or so. I have a 2GB already and it's great but I'd like to have 2 cards - one for homebrew and the other for movies...
 
i just cancelled my order, but damn buy.com just says its a request and it still could be shipped. what kind of cust service is this?!?
 
They say that the surest way of getting something shipped from Buy.com is to try and cancel it.

I'm still waiting for another good deal on a 4GB stick.

I heard the gaming edition (maybe it's the other brand) is actually the slower, older model that the company just relabled to sucker the non-suspecting casuals into buying it (and paying more for it!). Is this true?
