For the next 15 hours or so atomicshopping.com is offering a Sony PSP Value Pack in a damaged box currently priced at $192.99. Apparently the more people who buy it the lower the price goes until they run out of stock. I'm still not sure exactly how this works but a friend works there and assures me it's legit.

I posted this in reponse to THIS THREAD
But I thought others may be interested.

PSP Value Pack w/ memory stick and other stuff for $187.99 + $9.99 shipping

I searched and didn't come up with anthing. Sorry in advance if this is a repost.

Is this the orginal value pack with Spiderman 2 or the Current Value pack with Lords of Dogtown, atv, 1 GB memory stick? Anyone know?

I would guess the first one thought it may not come with Spiderman 2. The one with the game and 1gig stick is called the Entertainment Pack.

What BS...I clicked on this earlier today and minimized it on my computer.
I check back a few minutes ago and it had dropped to sub $20, yes under $20. I think, damn! I'll try it for $30 shipped...sign up and go back to the item ... shazamm back to $179
Why would you pay that much for an electronic in a damaged box...?
Sorry, didn't appreciate the change a roo...:cold:

I don't think you understand how this works. When you buy the item, you agree to pay whatever the price ends up being, not the price at the moment. So, I really doubt it was ever at $20 since the price always goes down, never goes up... unless it was just a quick mistake or something.

Well, yes I did understand that. The price DID drop to sub $20 but I did not take a screen shot before clicking to "sign-up". As soon as I was signed up and navigated back to the item, the price had changed dramatically (within 1 min.) All this took place with the counter showing less than 55 min. to go and 5% of stock remaining.
and please note I had been checking my minimized screen off and on for about 9 hours throughout the day.
