You need a copy of Wipeout Pure, as well as a way to redirect connections made to the Wipeout site. I don't see why a Linksys router wouldn't work.

It's easier than that, all you have to do is make a connection profile with the right IP numbers in it, and select it when you go online in Wipeout.

Got to a psp hacking site or gamefaqs for details.

It's not official, and it was not intended to be used to surf the web, but for now it servers that purpose rather nicely.
