Psych Season 4 (Aug. 7th)

CAGiversary!
Couldn't find a thread for this...got to be other people excited for this to come back...probably my favorite show on USA (most all of them are good anyway), but this takes the cake for me...i love buddy comedies and buddy cop shows and this meshes both genres well and hits all the right notes for me...looking forward to its return.

such a cheesey show, but i love it. im looking forward to the new season, i just hope they dont spend too much time on the whole relationship side, though the season 3 finale makes it seem that way. as long as gus is still hilarious ill watch.

pretty cool...really love the detail and effort USA puts into the site for their shows...

It helps that their shows are hilarious like psych, but it's appreciated nonetheless.
nice. knowing psych the bollywood episode will be great, i fully expect shawn to be leading the way on a dance number or two.

also excited to see that cary elwes will be guest staring in an episode this year.

hahaha, shawn (james roday is hilarious)...bollywood episode i'm sure will be amazing...

The theme episodes are always good for lots of laughs, and it just highlights how good shawn and gus work together...no matter what the scene, or weird theme, they still play off of each other brilliantly...makes for a great show...

p.s.: who doesn't love some cary elwes.
A fun show, but why can't NBC show it during the summer, when there's reruns? Stupid Deal or No Deal.
They have in the past - I remember both Psych and Monk reruns popping up on NBC a few summers ago. I think it was mostly due to the writer's strike, though, because they didn't have anything new to show during the summer.

Thoroughly enjoyed the first two episodes of the season...looks like theres going to be a little more to the romance angle this season...works even better for getting my fiancee to watch the episodes..

Sweet!! Ray Wise is on tomorrow nights episode...he was wonderful as the devil in Reaper...and really everytime he's played the devil...him playing a priest on psych is exactly the type of humor ive come to expect...

The first part of the episode I didn't really care for, since it was a bit too in my face, I guess. But it picked up and it was a pretty fun episode. Poor Gus, can't he ever catch a break?
And Lassiter would eat O'Hara? That's kinda odd that Lassiter would consume O'Hara and then Shawn and Gus afterwards, when it should be the other way around.

I'd certainly eat Jules. As much as she wanted me to.

There is a WC thread. It's a few pages behind.
And I got the answer on why Lassiter would eat Spencer last. "He is poisonous." Ask the twitter feed a question, get an answer back.

I felt that this episode could've been a little longer...
Judd Nelson was great, sure it wasn't him from the Breakfast Club, but he sure was insane.
I wanna touch Dule's head.

I thought it was a real good episode. The second half of the season's premiere was really weak but each week since has gotten progressively better.

Another fun episode, and the guest stars made it better including Michael Hogan who plays Tigh in BSG, and Jeri Ryan, the hot borg chick.
Man Lassiter is a dipstick, a hot shark doctor and he's not going to try to hit that?

The assassination episode was kinda boring. The shark one is better, although I fell asleep about halfway through. I'll have to rewind a bit because I missed a few minutes.

This was a fun episode, and it got scary at the end considering two of the loves in Shawn's life were in dire straits. I loved Shawn's freaky dream, and
ogled Juliet in the shower
though I wish Gus was in there instead for hilarious-ness. I'm a little miffed that Mr. Yin didn't pick Gus as his last victim so there would be a showdown between Shawn and him. Since they didn't reveal who he was, looks like the fifth series is going to be quite interesting.

It is a given that Mr. Yin has got to be an 80s movie star, like Ally Sheedy was as Yang. I thought it was Anthony Michael Hall, but would USA bring back Johnny Smith as a killer? And because of the picture at the end, where young Yin was younger than Ally Sheedy. Hey it could be Emilio Estevez, or even Judd Nelson (even if he was on the show earlier.) Damn it, now I can't wait for S5!
