This is high on the YMMV scale, but I just pricematched these cables at BB today with a printout of the CC webpage:

Definitely YMMV since they're OOS in most stores (they didn't call around at my BB) and you can't order them online. I've read these may be a little better than the Sony cables (closer to Monster quality). They are $60 at BB.

I've been looking to replace my Madcatz...I hear the Sony ones aren't worth $25 but that these are...

Anyone have any luck and have some? If you do, I'm sure some of us would be willing to pay for product price, shipping, gas, etc..

On a second note, I see monster cables on ebay about the same price...is there any problem with monster cables being counterfeit on ebay...

I bought a motorola headset [bluetooth] for $8 once and it wasn't the real deal, it worked, but it wasn't the same headset I had bought for $60..didn't even register as the same product..even though the model name, brand, and color/casing was exactly the same

You can check EB/Gamestop stores in your area too. I found a used set of Monster component cables for $7.99. I haven't been able to use them yet since I don't have an HDTV, but I thought the price was a steal so I couldn't resist.

I searched a lot of zip codes and got no results, most likely a discontinued product since it's in the outlet section of CC.com. That's why I PM'd.

Are they the real deal? I'm guessing since they were at Gamestop they should be. Are they dark blue or silver?

I'd be more than happy to pay you $15 shipped.

I assume they are, they are dark blue and have the silver ends. They also have the MONSTER text wrapped around each of the plugs. And sorry, but I'm going to keep them until I get an HDTV. I figure it'll be harder to find down the line. I'll keep an eye out for you though.
