Purchasing books from Overstock.com?

I have a couple of gift certificates for Overstock.com and was thinking about purchasing some books from them. I've used Overstock before, but mainly for DVD's and electronics, and I've never had an issue. However, I am uber picky about the condition of my books. If you've ordered books from them in the past, were they packaged well and did they arrive undamaged?

Well..I've ordered from Overstock before and I felt that their packaging is inferior to Amazon.com.

So it is possible that your books might arrived damaged.

Thanks for the feedback, Xevious. I'll probably just order from Amazon in that case and hang onto the gc's for something else.
