putting my 360 up on ebay

hey guys, just received my cod mw 2 system w/ dragon age, AC2, and 3 months live, so now I'm looking to sell my old 20gb system on ebay.
I was wondering what I should include to get the best price.
Here's what I'm planning to put up altogether:
xbox 360 20gb system
3 wireless controllers
1 wireless headset
Assassin's Creed 2 (unopened)
Dragon Age Origins (unopened)
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Mass Effect
Marvel Ult. Alliance/Forza 2
Madden 09
Prince of Persia
Naruto Rise of a Ninja
Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires
3 months xbox live gold

I also have these, but dont plan on including them unless I feel like its really gonna make a significant difference in the final auction price:
Gears of War 2
Fight Night R4
COD MW2 (definitely not going to sell)

also have these, which I just got these from Goozex, and havent played through yet:
Army of Two
Condemned 1 & 2
Conan
Stranglehold
Crackdown

Thoughts?
 
Would you consider selling some of the stuff separately on here? I would consider buying some of that stuff. If you do, PM me with what you want for DA:O
 
not sure if i'm gonna sell it separately yet, as it would be much easier to just sell altogether, but I'll let you know if i do. Got a few PMs.. any other suggestions?
