$10 Off with GCO

Decent deal since this game is pretty new. Cheapy raves about this game on the CAG cast all the time so I thought I would pick it up.
Coming to XBLA soon, probably for $10, but maybe for $15. I'm waiting for that.
O really? Damn...welll hmmm. Whateva the only next gen I need is my little DS
hee hee:lol:

Personally, I think this game (and puzzle games in general) gains a lot by being portable, although I would recommend the PSP version over the DS one.

Both the PSP version and the DS version of Puzzle Quest have their flaws. Puzzle Quest looks and sounds a lot better on the PSP, but the DS version is a lot less buggy and controls a bit better. It's a game certainly worth trying though and $20 + s/h sounds like the right price. Good find OP.

great game playtime is around 30 hours (just for main quest with no spell learning or crafting of items)

little to no replay in story mode once you beat it though. if it would fall to 10 i would buy it for my collection (already beat it)
Probably a stupid question but what does GCO stand for and how do I get it?
Haha, no problem!

GCO stands for Google Checkout.

To sign up, go to:

http://checkout.google.com

Then, go to "Sign up now to get shopping", you can put in either your gmail account email or any other email address, enter billing information, personal info, etc. Then, select Google Checkout when you're ready to checkout at an online store and sign in with the account you just created, the discount should appear automatically.

Ok, thanks, I've actually already used that before, both with my email and my wife's email. I think you only get that $10 for first time users.

Don't own this yet, but several of my peers at school have been raving about it non-stop.... I just don't know whether to wait for the 360 version (which may not even release this year for all we know).

Why not make another gmail e-mail? I used my girlfriends e-mail to get this $10 off, since I used GCO before for another game.
I honestly haven't tried making a new one and doing another GCO yet, but I bet I will do antoher GCO in the future so ill post to see if it worked. Or if anyone else has done this you should tell us about it. Thx!

Because you eventually get an email from Google that says 'knock it off or we'll delete all of your accounts."

Well, I just used a 3rd email to take advantage of the google check out a third time. Seems to have worked, got it for $22.88.

I guess I'll keep making new email accounts until Google tells me to stop.
God, if I had a dollar for every GCO-deal thread...
Haha yeah, I always get all excited until I see that "GCO" in the title.

My only problem is when the poster doesn't say GCO in the title at all and you have to read the post to find out. Mildly annoying, esp. if you don't consider retail minus GCO to be a 'deal'.
