I wonder if sales on this were disappointing--the commentary generally seems pretty negative.

I enjoyed playing through it on the 360... though I can't get the online achievements, as no one is ever playing :(
 
it was more than 20$? wow. thats bs. the original was an awesome game, but it was 20$! no way is it worth more than that. i played galactrix and i hated it. i like the premise and all but i hate the hexagonal puzzle solving aspect.

the battle gameplay is good, but they put too much annoying sh*t in the way of it. In the end, you only really battle for 30% of the game or so.
 
Maybe they'll take the hint and actually put out the Puzzle Quest 1 expansion for PC instead of just XBLA.
 
They had to lower it. Why buy it anywhere else if its $19.99 on XBLA. I am enjoying the game a lot, but I agree a little too much of other crap to do

I couldn't agree more. This game lacks, most if not, all the charm of the original. I snagged it for $10 from Amazon for the PC and still feel like I overpaid.
