I don't see anywhere to enter that sort of information, did I miss it somewheres? It said I entered after I click "Enter Now" on the big SC2 banner, which then told me that I was entered. Don't know how to enter my personal info though.

when you sign up to Pwned.com you enter this info in. so by clicking the enter button you have automatically filled out the form, provided your info you entered is correct.
