PX5/XP500/MW3 Delta vs. PX3/MW3 Bravo + 7.1 DSS

Hi,
Can someone let me know the best value as I'm trying to get a headset for a gift for Christmas? On amazon the PX5s are $212. The PX3/MW3 Bravo is $149. My brother has the 7.1 DSS processor (got it for $49).

Are the PX5/XP500/MW3 Delta better than or equal to a PX3/MW3 Bravo headset + 7.1 DSS processor?

It would basically be a $212 PX5 vs. $149 MW3 Bravo + 7.1 DSS processor my bro already has.

I want to get him a headset, but if it's a huge difference in quality don't mind just paying the extra $62 for the PX5/XP500/MW3 Delta if it's worth it.

Amazon will have a lightning deal for the PX5 in 1 hour and 30 mins, just letting you know. I think the last lightning deal they had for it was $150, so it may be in that range.
 
I don't know. The PX5 deal lasted only like 10 minutes as that is what I got last time. I was able to get the Deltas for $209 because I had a $10 promo from buying MW3 from amazon. So I guess it's comparable to the PX5s since it does have the $40 bluetooth adapter and MW3 presets. I just ended up getting the Deltas for $209
