Question about a link in PM

Hi,

I have a quick question about a link in the following page:

Cheap Ass Gamer > User Control Panel > Private Messages > Inbox

On my page, there is a link called:

"You have 3 confirmed and 2 unconfirmed private message receipts."

What does this message mean? When I click on it, it takes me to another
page with the following message:

"mookiemeister, you do not have permission to access this page."

Yeah, Its disabled. I need to empty out the DB.

Just curious, why was the feature disabled. It seems like a useful feature. And will it be enabled again in the future?
