Question about asking for paypal fees (personal payment)

This totally seems like the wrong place to post this, but I can't find any other place to ask questions.

A while ago, someone posted that personal payments via paypal bypassed fees, but I assumed it was only for credit card payments and ignored it. Recently I found out that it works for premier accounts as well, so that's really awesome. HOWEVER, I've seen that with personal paypal payments, you lose the ability to dispute.

So, what's the protocol? I hope I'm trustworthy enough to ask for this, but for general practice, it seems like asking for personal payments counteracts all the security that paypal offers. I'm starting to dislike asking people to pay my paypal fees (and am trying to move to amazon payments where I can), but I don't feel right asking for unprotected paypal payments either.

Please advise.
