Question about eBay description vs. my own

I would contact ebay and see what they have to say.

Its tricky situation because the description ebay put on their specifically says it has the bot. But on the other hand your personal description does not mention it nor is it pictured.

I mean its not your fault the default ebay listing info says its in there when it isnt, but at the same time its your fault for using their description and for you not stating it isnt included in the auction.

Considering that now on ebay buyers have like a dozen ways to screw the seller with no reprocussions at all to them and the sellers have no way of defending themselves it might be easier to have him send it back and refund him to just cut your loses as hope he doesnt leave you a negative feedback just to be a dick.

I sold a item listed plainly as not working but the guy who bought it found out it didnt work so he filed a complaint with paypal and got a refund automatically and he left me a negative feedback and there was nothing I could do about it because ebay does not care about sellers.
 
Is the guy asking you about the bot after the auction is over? If so, why?

If you haven't shipped out the guy's order, you might want to go ahead and give him a refund. Then you could make a second chance offer to the next bidder while mentioning that the bot isn't included.
 
The biggest problem I have with the refund is that he could already have used the two DLC codes.
