Nothing you can really do, unless you got a contract. Best thing if you really need to do something is contact the DM or whatever and rat out your store managers if they really are giving one "pretty" girl a higher wage, they might be doing it for more and that would probably be costing the store some money.

OP you know how much I made working retail? $5.15 That was at radioshack which has commission if I was lucky I would make $6.00 an hour.
