Just curious what happens if you try sending money with paypal and there's no money in your paypal. Is there any fee or anything? Let me know. Thanks.

You'd need to have a credit card or bank account linked to your account from which PayPal can pull the money (obviously). And no there is never a fee to send money. The receiver will have a fee taken out of the payment if they have an upgraded account. (Upgraded = anything other than personal type account.) Personal accounts can't accept payments funded with credit cards. PayPal will let you make it, but the receiver will then either have to upgrade to accept the payment or deny the payment and send it back to you.
