I don't generally pre-order games, but I have quite a few pre-ordered this Fall (Sep-Nov) and I was wondering if I should be concerned about the fact that my credit card expires in October? I plan to renew it, but will there be an issue when they charge my old card on release date and the card will have since expired? If anyone has had any experience with this sort of thing I'd appreciate any info.

If the preorders are at Amazon, it's pretty easy to change the payment method and you can enter the new card details. I'm not sure what would happen if Amazon tried to put a charge on the old card; I imagine it wouldn't go through and the order would be cancelled but that might depend on your bank.
If the timing is going to be problematic, you can probably request the new card number early and change everything ahead of time, rather than waiting until the current expiration.

Thanks for the response. I'm pretty sure my card number will stay the same, it's just the expiration date, and possibly the 3 digit security code that will change. I'll try and update my payment methods in Amazon, but I'm mostly worried about my Newegg pre-orders. I've been switching a lot of my pre-orders over to them recently because of good deals and I'd hate to have the orders default because of the credit card date. I'll just have to update the order, if I can.
