question about rebates for braveheart and gladiator blu-ray

Has anyone received their rebates? Its been over 2 months since I sent mine and I haven't got them. Does anyone have a phone number to call or an e-mail address to inquire about this?

i just received mine last week, they came a few days apart, I sent them in the day of release. Sorry I don't have any contact info.

Also, I got the rebate for Tranformers from like 9 months ago.
