Question about returns for "buy 2 get 1 free" at best buy

Best Buy had the buy 2 get 1 free pre-owned deal going on last week, which i used but I have since changed my mind on one of the games. I'm wondering what would happen if I try to return one of the games. Will they Take the total price and divide it by 3 and give me that much back?

If I remember correctly they divide the total by 3

Recommend exchange for another game better than return
