Question about returns to Rightstuf.com

I ordered the Inuyasha season 1 box set when they had the sale, but I couldnt get the payment to them until the 16th of Jan. When I got the package on the 20th I didnt have time to watch it. I just started to last week, right now when I went to take out the 3rd disc, I noticed a very deep scratch on the bottom of the disc. It went though to the top, so the DVD is useless. Does this qualify for a return? I didn't even take the DVD out of the case until I was going to watch it today.

Returns are from 30 days of your reciept of the package, so yes, you should be able to do a defective return.

You'll need to fill out a form on their website to get your RA number, or they won't take it.

You'll need to include a copy of your packing slip- either a photocopy or the actual slip- and a return form. One's printed on the back of the slip, or you can get one online.

I didn't ask when I did my return, but I believe you will have to pay shipping, and I don't know if you get that money back. I also assume you'll probably have to return the full boxset.
