Question About Used Games from BestBuy.com

I'm considering ordering a DS game and a PSP game, both used, from Bestbuy.com and I'm curious to know from people that have purchased used games from them before if they will come with a case and manual and what shape will they be in. Also if I'm not happy with them, can I return them to a B&M BB store? Thanks in advance.

I purchased Earth Defense Force from them months ago and it came with the case and instructions. I think like with any used game store its hit or miss.

I've ordered 3 used games from them. 2 came complete. 1 was disc only in replacement case.

I never purchased a used game from BB's website but I do purchase pre-owned games in-store. I bought Ocarina of Time for the 3DS in store, it was re-sealed, came with original case, and manuals. I recently bought Socom 4 the other day, it was resealed, came with unused online pass, came with manual, disc was in good condition after wiping away the dust and minor fingerprints.

I'm not sure if they allow returning on used games bought in-store or online since I never had to return a used game purchase yet.
