I see so many really good deals from pawn shops here and it makes me wonder...are the prices what the store gives you or do you hassle to make that price lower to the deals that I see here? I've heard bargaining is possible, but (I am new to pawn shopping BTW) is it ethical to bargain with pawn shop dealers?

You should always haggle at pawn shops and flea markets. Sometimes it works, and especially when you buy multiple items.

You can always ask. The worst that happens is they don't lower the price. It's not like they won't sell to you or anything. That said, I find it very hard to do. I guess I'm just shy.

I do when the games for the same system are all the same price. Otherwise the kind of know what the games are worth already if they are individually priced. Pawn shop owners are getting more savy I have noticed and some of them check ebay prices before pricing their items. I haggle if the games are all the same price and if I buy multiple games.

I don't haggle when I'm selling at the pawn shop, let alone when I'm buying. Some shops are very intimidating, and downright scary.
