Question on selling sealed game with some wear n' tear

Hey guys, I got a question I was hoping I could get some advice on.

I have the GTA Double Pack for PS2 laying around and it's just taking up space right now so I figure I'll ebay it.

They game is new, sealed, never played or anything. However there are some nicks on the seal and a couple of small pieces of it missing. It's how I got it from the store, and didn't notice as it was in one of those security cases.

I'm just wonder what you guys think would be the best way to sell this thing. I would just go new and sealed but I'd hate for a collector to win and get it, I know how that is. If someone just wants to play it, it doesn't matter at all.

I figure I'll put it in the description and takes some pics and such, I was just wondering what you guys think? Is calling new and stuff still okay? It's in good condition otherwise.

Since you're not trying to rip some one off just describe it. Say "sealed but the wrapper has some small tears" or something. I don't think any collectors are going to buy that anyway.
