Question regarding CC coupon from post office...

CAGiversary!
I hope this is the right place to post this....Do all US post offices give out that coupon when you change your address? If so, anyone know how long it takes to receive it? I was hoping to buy a monitor this weekend and I'm afraid the scanned coupon on the site wont work. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks?
 
At the post office, the change-of-address form usually comes in an envelope that has a bunch of coupons enclosed. Can't say that I've ever seen a Circuit City coupon in them before though.

So this is something you can just get from walking into a post office and asking for a change of address form?
