Quick question about ordering from the UK

I rarely ever buy anything outside of the US, so I've been wondering, would I run into any sort of problems by buying UK products with american dollars, especially when the US monetary value is less than that of the english pound? Also, would shipping costs increase by ordering from over there? Even for sites like amazon.co.uk?

Go check the conversion rate for yourself. The only problem is if you are paying by credit card your CC company might charge extra for currency conversion. Yes shipping cost is increase for orders shipped oversea.

Do you know what the typical price increases are for when it comes to currency conversion and shipping overseas?
