Quick Question: Does buying PSN money cards at BB count toward Gamer's Club?

Just wondering if buying PSN cards counts toward the threshold for extra reward certificates from Best Buy's Gamer's Club. Thanks!

Yes, but I've had to call CS before to get them adjusted correctly
