Does anyone know if gamestop/eb will but used wii controllers and how much they will pay for them? The ones I have are nintendo brand, but I sold my wii but kept the extra controllers incase I ever got a wii again, but I doubt that will ever happen.

I wasn't being a prick. Mistake? The guy's been here for 2 years, he should know better.

And the best way to find out such a simple thing is to call the store and ask. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to tell how much Wii accessories will trade for.

He's been a member of CAG for 2 years. That doesn't mean he is a regular poster and visits the site 24/7 like some others. Give OP a break. IMO he still is a newbie to CAG.

If the douchebags at his local GS stores are anything like the ones here, they won't give out trade values over the phone, so maybe someone here had SOME clue as to what the controllers ARE worth and that's why they asked HERE instead of calling.

But, civility on internet message boards is a thing of the past, I suppose.

Any experience I've had by calling GS has ended in them gladly giving me the trade values. Simply calling first doesn't hurt. Rejection won't kill you.

Had it even been posted in the proper forum to being with (Not in the Deals Forum before it was moved), I wouldn't have even chimed in.

I love how people can't take being told that they're posting in the wrong forum...the thing clearly states it's for game deals only. if people were kind and polite about it, the deals forum would be all "hay guys wheres the EB nearest to my house in bumblefuck arkansas?" posts.
