Quick Sega Saturn Question

I have a japanese sega saturn. I am wondering if I can use peripherals from the us? Because hunting down a japanese 3d controller, steering wheel, and lightgun would be rather difficult. Thanks in advance!

As far as I know, they all work. I also have a Japanese Saturn and all my controllers work. But I don't have a steering wheel or light gun so I'm not 100% sure about those. But I don't see why not.

Yup.

I can't think of any case of controllers not working, on any consoles.
