So this little HD TV is on clearance at Radio Shack.

$140 and it comes with all the inputs I need.
I am considering getting it for a replacement for my 20" SD TV I have been using in my room.
Bad reviews seem to focus on poor sound which doesn't bother me since I use Headphones and it has a headphone jack and other sound outputs?
Later on I can replace my CRT monitor with it if I find a better deal for larger HD TV.
Has anyone happened to use a smaller Vizio like this? Or have any opinion on buying a full HD TV that is so small.
