Rainbow 6 Vegas PMC have you seen them?

Hey all I play with a group of ppl that have made a clan with the prefix PMC. I'm just wondering if anyone has played VS us any time ( We mainly play ranked matches so its hard to get ppl to stay when they see 4 elites and 3 CPT. on the same team )

I may have seen you around, and indeed, people do quit rather quickly when they see a bunch of silver, my clan can't even play ranked anymore because it takes like 20 min for people to join because they join, go "oh shit" and leave. If your guys play AnD or Retrieval, add me and maybe we can scrim
