Because if you live in CA it was $53.69 at buy.com with Google checkout discount, plus shipping & tax. But today there is a BETTER deal. The $20 off $50 brought the game down to $44 for this Californian.

Keep checking back. They've got a system where they seem to put a certain number into the computer. But might actually have another case there or on the way, I had to wait like that for some Criterion.
