Random Free Codes (Drop Only, no asking for codes)

Double post, but I have a $10 off code for flowers from FTD.com that I bought off of eBay and didn't end up using, if anyone wants it.

Problem is it does not stack with coupons or free shipping offers. Would anyone ACTUALLY use it? I'm gonna be insistent that this actually gets used by whoever takes it.

Actually for some reason it's saying my account redeemed it but I just got that code from IGN and when I tried to enter it said I already owned the game.

I think that part of the problem is that sometimes the complaining about "lurking" is that they didn't get the game and someone else did.

I'd say 90% of the lurker complaints are when a whole bunch of keys are dropped and there isn't a single thank you. Much like this drop.

Is there a level of frustration that some ungrateful asshole got a game that you didn't? Sure. But I think most of those complaints wouldn't happen as long as someone grateful got the game instead.

I think when people complain about not getting anything from a key drop it seems more like they feel they were entitled to something. If the dropper doesn't mind stuff getting lurked without a thank you, then there's really no problem.

In my defense, I warned people in that post that I don't know if the codes were taken already or not since the bundle sites I used had no way of marking them. If I did the PM thing on codes i couldn't guarantee were good, I'd have to deal with people that were going to complain about how the codes were bad. If I had a guarantee that the codes were unused then that'd be a different story.

Oh I wasn't targeting you specifically, sorry if it seemed that way. I've just encountered a bunch of 20+ code giveaways where all the codes have been used and found that the only solution would be to do it by PM. I was aware of your non-guarantee so yeah, I'm not upset with you at all. Just getting tired of this constantly happening..
