RE Operation Raccoon City Special Edition selling ridiculously high on eBay

I pre-ordered weeks ago when it was still in stock almost everywhere now BestBuy is telling me they have a low supply and there won't be one for me to pick up. I called their customer service and they claim they'll probably be able to hook me up with one in another location. >\ They better..

edit: I got it. Looks like one of the employees was being a jackass and trying to take a special edition for himself and that was why they had a low supply. If only Amazon worked with eBates..
That's pretty strange. eBay prices are rarely, if ever, lower than MSRP for most games (due to FVFs). I wonder if the seller meant to list the regular game instead.:whistle2:k
Amazon now has the CE in stock for PS3 and ebay prices will crater. The quality of this game will also ensure that. I'm glad I was able to dump mine to some sucker because the ebay sales volume on ths thing is horrible. That's why people undercut on prices. Selling on ebay is not a build it and they will come exercise. Some things will never sell unless some cheapass out there thinks it's a firesale.

True. I learned a while back that the best time to list pre-orders on eBay is before the release. I sold mine last week and mailed it out yesterday. Even a day after release I notice bids usually end like $10-15 lower.
