RE4 Greatest Hits version works on PS3?

Well in Sony's BC page, some game such as Ratchet are listed as GH version and Original version respectively.

So I was checking out RE4, it only listed as Original version with that serial number SLUS 21134. The GH is SLUS 21134GH.

Does the GH makes a difference that the PS3 will not run it?

Well I need to have a verification if it works or not. If it can't works on the PS3 then I'll try to find the original version.

I already have the GH RE4 version though.

Exactly the same wording and everything?

I'm pretty sure the American PS3 is 99.9% BC (i'd say 100% but I can't for legal reasons).

Look dude, it works.
The only games that don't work on USA PS3s are games that require certain special controllers.

You do realize that the PS3 has the PS2 chip in it right? So the only way it wouldn't work is if it didn't work for the PS2.
